Ultimate Flakey Pie Crust Recipe
(makes 1 pie crust, top and bottom)
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, unbleached
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks butter, cold
- 6 tablespoons cold water
