Portuguese Egg Tart Recipe
(Makes 6-7 small tarts)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/6 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cream (or half cream half, coconut milk)
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
- Combine all the ingredients for the custard.
- Pour into shells.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes. Then put on broil for 5 minutes until tops brown.
