Healthy 'Any Fruit' Fruit Crumble

I put this recipe up just at the end of August -- harvest season. You can use any fruit for this crumble - fresh or frozen. It's vegan, gluten-free and has no refined sugars, so will accommodate most people with special diets. It's one of those desserts that's good and healthy at the same time.
