Cranberry Syrup

  • 1 1/2 cups cranberries,
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup water


  1. In a pot with the cover on, bring all the ingredients to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Strain out liquid and discard the cranberries. Let cool.
  3. Pour into jar. Syrup can keep for several weeks.
