Cranberry Syrup
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries,
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup water
Directions
- In a pot with the cover on, bring all the ingredients to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Strain out liquid and discard the cranberries. Let cool.
- Pour into jar. Syrup can keep for several weeks.
