Chinese Steamed Ginger Egg Custard Video
This is a very common and traditional dessert in Hong Kong. The custard is supposed to be as smooth and soft as silken tofu and there are a couple key tips to making sure the custard turns out that way. The key to this recipe is to pre-cook your eggs before steaming them.
