Quick, Easy and Healthy Steamed Fish and Quinoa Recipe

(makes 1 serving)

  • 1/3 cup quinoa
  • 2-3 cups fresh spinach, save 1 cup for garnish
  • 1-2 tilapia fillet (frozen)
  • 1 lemon slice, salt and pepper to taste

Steam for 10-15 minutes or until quinoa is done.
