Chinese Steamed Fish Recipe
- 1 (1 1/2 pound ) white fish
- 1-2 tablespoon ginger
- 2 stalks scallions
- 4 sprigs cilantro
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 3-4 tablespoons oil
Steam fish on medium for 8-9 minutes on medium heat. Turn off stove and leave covered for an additional 4-5 minutes.
