Part of my ‘back to school’ special 5-course meal. For lunch – a BLT made with bacon bits. It’s quick, easy and best of all, you don’t have to go to the store and get bacon. Recipe: 4 red onion slices, 3-4 slices of tomato, 2 leaves of lettuce, 3-4 slices of avocado, 2 slices of sourdough bread, 2-3 tablespoons of mustard, 3 tablespoons of bacon bits (or as much as you like)
